UNISHKALearning

Privacy notice

Last updated: October 2026

This site gives you the course material for a UNISHKA training that your organisation has arranged. We built it to store as little about you as possible.

Who is responsible

UNISHKA is responsible for your data (the "data controller"). For any question or request about your data, write to [email protected].

What we store

  • Your account: a username we made up (such as partnerx-01), not your name; your password, stored only in a scrambled form nobody can read back; and which training group (cohort) and organisation the account belongs to.
  • When you last logged in.
  • Your progress: for each lesson, when you first and last opened it, and when you marked it as complete.
  • Your questions to the trainer, and the answers.
  • Failed login attempts: the username tried and the internet (IP) address, to stop people guessing passwords. These are deleted after 30 days.

We don't ask for your name or e-mail address. Please don't write personal details about yourself or others in your questions.

Why

To run the training: to let you log in and read the course, to show you your own progress, so the trainer can see how the group is doing and answer your questions, and to keep the site secure. We rely on our legitimate interest in delivering the training your organisation arranged with us.

Who can see it

Only UNISHKA's trainer. Other students can't see your progress or your questions. If the trainer publishes a question as a frequently asked question, it is shown without your username, and edited so it doesn't identify you.

The site runs on servers in the European Union. We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers.

Cookies and tracking

The site uses only the cookies it needs to work: one that keeps you logged in, one that protects forms against misuse, and, if you switch between the light and dark interface, one that remembers your choice. There are no analytics, advertising, social media or other third-party services, and the site loads nothing from other websites.

How long we keep it

Your account, progress and questions are deleted 6 months after your training group's end date. Your account stops working before that, when the training ends.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about your account, to correct it, or to have it deleted, and you can object to how we use it. Write to the address above with your username. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
